All UK based orders are sent with First Class Signed and normally take 1-4 working days to be delivered. We dont take responsibility if order is lost in post.

Your order is shipped as tracked and tracking number will be provided once order completed. If you haven’t received your order in 14 days(international orders 30 days)get in touch with us and we will investigate and update you.

International Orders are sent with the tracked delivery and normally takes up to maximum of 10 days to be delivered, but it may be longer depending on postal service provider. We are not taking responsibility if your order gets seized by customs or gets lost in transit.

We do not reship or refund any International orders since Brexit

Estimated Timescales:

We try our utmost to dispatch your order the same day.  We do not post on the weekends as this would mean your order would remain in transit for longer than preferred.

You can pay for your order by Direct Bank Transfer.

It can take up to 24 hours for your funds to clear in our account.
International transactions can take upto 2-5 days.  Your order will not be shipped until funds clear at our account.

We accept Bank Transfer and Crypto payments.
All necessary wire information is included with your order confirmation, which is sent to you immediately after placing your order.  Please check your order confirmation email carefully for the instructions.

Please make sure you use the same name for your order and the payment. If you are using account with different name to an order placed, please do send us a screen shot of donation sent or inform us by email. This way you will avoid your order being shipped delayed.

If in an unlikely event the package is not delivered to the customer’s chosen address and has been signed for, as shown on the tracker, the customer then should raise the dispute with the courier.  This is because, if we try to assist, as we have done in the past, the courier will simply refer us to the tracker and point out it was signed for, So the customer will have to take up the dispute with the courier and request a “denial of service” receipt, which shows that the courier acknowledges and accepts that it is their fault and the parcel was either lost or stolen. Once you get this and forward to us we can reship your order again.
